About the Role
We are seeking a strong team player to join our leadership team in the role of Nurse Manager. The ideal candidate is an experienced Registered Nurse who demonstrates clinical excellence, professionalism, and the ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to support high-quality patient care.
This role is suited for a nurse leader who is passionate about patient outcomes, team development, and advancing coordinated, person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and support to the nursing and care team.
- Promote high standards of patient care, safety, and professional practice.
- Collaborate effectively with Physicians and multidisciplinary partners.
- Support care coordination across services and settings.
- Contribute to clinical quality initiatives and patient-centered outcomes.
- Participate in program development and service improvement activities.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited university.
Proven success working collaboratively with Physicians and care teams.
Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following areas:
Discharge planning
Health coaching
Case management
Disease management
Patient education and follow-up care
